Originally from Northern Virginia, Savanna was drawn to Tampa for its unique balance of energy and community. She loves that each neighborhood has its own personality—from the walkable streets of Hyde Park and Palma Ceia to the character of Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, and Riverside Heights. She's equally passionate about St. Petersburg and the continued growth shaping the Tampa Bay area, and enjoys helping clients find not just the right home, but the right neighborhood.

Outside of real estate, Savanna is the co-owner of KR Performance, an online fitness community, and serves as Vice President and a founding member of a local networking chapter dedicated to community involvement and volunteer initiatives. When she's not working with clients, you'll usually find her spending time with her Mini Australian Shepherd, Finn, trying a new local restaurant, or on the water.
